Mims Primeur Return and Refund Policy

At Mims Primeur, we are committed to providing quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  1. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your intention to return a product.

  1. Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened and unused, with all original packaging intact.

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mimsprimeur.be indicating your order number and the details of the product you wish to return.

  1. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

Refunds

  1. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  1. Return costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or damaged product upon receipt.

  1. The amount refunded will include the purchase price of the product as well as the initial delivery costs, with the exception of additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest we offer.

Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@mimsprimeur.be with photos of the damaged product, and we will find a quick solution to help you.
